Liver Segmentation

Expanding the boundaries of healthcare technology, our first showcase is a specialized deep learning model dedicated to liver segmentation. Trained meticulously on diverse datasets, this model facilitates automatic and accurate identification and demarcation of the liver in medical images. By providing this level of specificity, our AI-powered solution dramatically enhances diagnostic precision, speeds up workflows, and supports physicians in making more informed decisions. Through this pioneering work, we aim to redefine the standards of liver-related healthcare delivery.

Spleen Segmentation

Our second offering is an advanced deep learning model for spleen segmentation. This model has been trained on an extensive collection of over 500 CT scans, ensuring diverse and comprehensive learning. It provides automatic, precise segmentation of the spleen in medical imagery, contributing significantly to improved diagnosis and treatment planning. This model underscores our commitment to enhancing healthcare outcomes and efficiency through state-of-the-art AI applications.

CBCT Segmentation

Among our key projects, the segmentation of anatomical structures from Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scans stands out for its sophistication and impact. Leveraging advanced deep learning models, we have pioneered an automatic segmentation process that precisely delineates anatomical structures within CBCT imagery.

This innovative solution enables healthcare providers to gain detailed insights about a patient’s anatomy, facilitating enhanced treatment planning and delivery. By making this complex task more efficient and accurate, we’re empowering clinicians to deliver the best possible care to their patients, affirming our commitment to transforming healthcare through AI.

Automated Foot Thermal Analysis for Diabetic Patients

In this project, we developed a Python-based solution to segment and analyze thermal foot images of diabetic patients. Using machine learning techniques like k-means clustering, the system automatically identifies different temperature zones on the foot, aiding in early diagnosis and treatment planning. This tool stands as a significant advancement in the field of medical imaging and diabetic care.

Bone & Canal Segmentation

This project offers a comprehensive desktop application aimed at modernizing dental implant planning. The application allows users to upload 2D DICOM slices extracted from 3D CBCT scans and visualize them. It then runs real-time object detection and segmentation to accurately identify and demarcate bones and canals in the images. The application goes a step further by calculating and displaying the critical distance between the bone and canal, a pivotal metric for ensuring accurate and safe dental implant procedures. Designed to streamline the planning process, this all-in-one tool provides an intuitive and efficient experience for dental professionals.
