Asa YouTuber and blogger, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with the rest of the world. Of course, I get feedback; sometimes the program doesn’t work for everyone, and other times people require something similar to what I do. And sometimes people require resources to get started on their projects!
The Motivation
My recent focus has been on medical imaging; I’ve been making YouTube videos and writing blog posts about it because I have some knowledge to share. And I noticed a significant response to my work (not thousands of views or likes), but I was receiving tens of views and messages. I must say that this is more than enough for me for the time being because it is not about quantity but about quality and how many people I can assist with their projects.
So, because I was getting so many messages and emails about how to get started with medical imaging and where to find the best resources… I decided to make it simple for both them and myself! I wanted to write an e-book with all of the resources I know, some definitions, and a lot of links to datasets, papers, and so on.
I was skeptical at first because I had never written a book, but I saw some YouTube videos and blog posts about how to do it, and the most important thing here was to have the content. They all said the same thing:
‘As long as you have content, don’t worry about how the book will look.’
So I decided to take it easy and write everything I know, with the main goal of making it available for free! so it will be simple to obtain for students in particular!
The E-Book is Live!
The e-book is now available for reading by anyone! If you want to know how to get the first links and resources to start your medical imaging project, click here. Before you dive into the e-book, take a look at the outline to get a sense of what it contains!
I hope it is useful to everyone!
