In this project, we developed a full web app that allows for automatic segmentation of the liver as well as the blood vessels inside the liver.
For the automatic segmentation, we helped our client: find data, annotate it, we trained an AI model using this data, and finally we integrated this model inside a web app and we deployed the app on the client’s AWS infrastructure.
In this project, our client requested the development of a web application that can perform automatic segmentation of anatomical parts like: mandible, maxilla, teeth and airway.
So we built a fully functioning web app that allows the user to upload a CBCT scan, then run automatic segmentation with a click of a button. For the automatic segmentation, we used a pretrained model that was part of an extension in 3D Slicer. We repurposed the model to work inside the web application. We are also currently working on developing a model from scratch that will do the automatic segmentation of the above mentioned anatomical structures, as well as sinuses and TMJs.

We build a fully functioning desktop app that made use of an AI model that we built from scratch using data provided by the client.
We deployed the app on the client’s machine and made sure they were satisfied with the workflow of the app.

In this project, we created a fully functional web application using Trame, to visualize the MPR views + the 3D STL rendering of the segmented anatomical structures.
We built a Trame application that allows users to upload CT scans, adjust the contrast, and run inference using an nnUNet model for spine segmentation. The segmented vertebrae can then be visualized as a 3D rendering.
